I use 240 gr to prepare the nails, to remove old product during infills 150gr and 240 around cuticle area. I use my e-file sometimes to remove design if needed. You right.. I wouldn't use e-file fully without training ether.
I'm sure the recommendations on using particular file grit for particular procedure are pretty the same doesn't matter what brand you use.

When i preparing nails i remove gently shine and put dehidrator, after i use bonder or primer. I never had any problems with lifting.
I use Kinetics product

I use Nfu Oh , and not always but sometimes I think I do not apply it correctly because it seems I cant avoid lifting, Is there any kind of applicattion technique that can avoid this?
