I don't know if it what you mean but we call nails with transparent free edge like that. You do it using special paint with your monomer and clear powder or few drops of paint mixing with clear gel.
I'm not sure if you can mix Young Nails Color Drop
with Gel but Vitrail Glass Paint
works brilliant with it. If you using Glass Paint with L&P I would suggest you to have different brush to use with coloured monomer as the paint is quite strong and you need to clean it properly after each application. Also you need to know the right proportions of PAINT and MONOMER, if you add mare than needed your liquid tended to be very sticky and your acrylic might not to set up at all.
